THE NEXT ONE IS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8, AT 6:30! HEARTS, SPADES, CANASTA GROUP, SCRABBLE, BRIDGE. JUST AN EVENING OF FUN! IT WAS INDEED A FUN NIGHT LAST SATURDAY NIGHT. THERE WERE 16 OF US PLAYING SCRABBLE, TABOO, BOGGLE, CHESS & SPADES.

THE ACE OF CLUBS CARD AND BOARD GAMES MEETUP GROUP
We have created an online group for the Ace of Clubs. If you join, you can post messages to each other and sign up for special events. The Saturday Night Game events will be regularly scheduled events and all special events, like club championships, will be on the group calendar as well. Joining will also help us grow the club, so your support by joining is greatly appreciated.
If you would, please sign up as soon as possible because it helps grow our group to have members signed up. Also, please RSVP for our first Saturday Night Game Night, yes, no or maybe.

Since I have had so many people drop by to inquire about "other games" and even emails since the website has been posted in the window. . . .
Jason and I are communicating with several "meet-up" groups who are interested in playing their games on Saturday night. So far, the groups' interests are Hearts, Spades, social bridge and Scrabble. Available also could be Chess games, Mahjong, Pinocle and Gin Rummy. We envision these groups playing throughout the Club simultaneously and sectioned off into their special interests. We are planning a "ladder board" similar to a tennis ladder, and website recognition of the results in each of the games. We welcome all ideas in the formation of this fun and social night of fun and "intellectual" games. This is a great way to meet new people with similar recreational interests. If the individual groups get too large, we could divide the Saturday Games Night into by-monthly or monthly meetings. Email us with your thoughts.
This is the reason I named the club "Ace of Clubs Bridge & Games Studio of Tempe." The Club is for all of us. I have had numerous people drop by the club to inquire about other games. One of the games that I do not know is "Pokemon."
